 Please allow us 1-3 business days to process your order. We ship Monday-Thursday to help avoid having your package sit at the post office over the weekend. We try to take every precaution to ensure your plant get to you safely.

Once the package is out of our hands, we cannot take responsibility for shipping issues, delays due to weather, carrier damages, or lost packages.

Please understand that these are live plants and may encounter stress during transit. The cuttings may show signs of wilting, yellowing, or browning, and all are completely normal after shipping; nodes will still be viable - please allow a few days for the plant to acclimate to its new environment.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds. However, if there are any issues with your order please let us know. We take quality seriously and are happy to work with you on a solution!
